Finding Living People on the Internet

Printer-friendly versionPrinter-friendly version

We are delighted to welcome back San Franciscan Ron Arons, who’ll remind us that genealogy is not just about finding dead relatives. By understanding how to use the Internet properly, you can find lost living relatives, some of whom may help expand your family tree and provide family stories. Ron will discuss numerous websites for finding living people wherever in the world they may live. Ron has spoken to standing-room-only audiences at ten of the last 12 IAJGS conferences. The author of two books -- The Jews of Sing Sing and WANTED! U.S. Criminal Records – he appeared on the PBS television special The Jewish Americans.
