Introduction to Naturalization Records Research

On Tuesday, May 14th at 12:00 - 1:00 p.m., NARA will present the program Introduction to Naturalization Records Research Staff will review the content found in naturalization records, what information you need to research Federal naturalization records and how to locate the records using various online tools.  See http://www.archives.gov/nyc/public/workshops.html for more information regarding this program.

The National Archives at New York City has moved into its new headquarters in the beautiful Alexander Hamilton U.S. Custom House at One Bowling Green, in lower Manhattan. The Archives officially opened to the public on Monday, February 4th, and its hours are Monday-Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and the first Saturday of the month from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. for microfilm and computer research.
