Prohibition Gangsters: The Rise and Fall of a Bad Generation

Master story teller Marc Mappen applies a generational perspective to the gangsters of the Prohibition era using many documents found within the holdings of the National Archives to describe the lives these gangsters lived and the battles they fought. This lecture will run from Noon to 2pm in the Learning Center. Copies of the book, along with the author’s signature will be available immediately after the lecture.
