This series introduces records management basics to those responsible for managing records and information within their organizations. These sessions will provide the principles, concepts, tools, components, governance and policies needed to develop and implement a comprehensive program, and address the challenges and issues of modern record-keeping.
The instructor for this series is Lauren Barnes, CRM, Vice President for Records & Information Management at Credit Suisse. Barnes is also an Adjunct Professor at Queens College
