Social Networking for Family Historians

Explore using Facebook, Google+, Blogger, Skype, YouTube, and other social media sites as a genealogist and family historian. These tools are made for family researchers.  We are actually spending time looking for other people we connect with, so why not use the abilities of online communications and searching to "reach out and touch someone new"?
 
David Kleiman is a professional genealogist and historian and an expert on the application of technology in family history research. Mr. Kleiman is the founder and president of Heritage Muse, Inc.
 
This joint lecture is free and no registration is required. It will be held in the South Court Classrooms of the New York Public Library's Stephen A. Schwarzmann Building.
