This book was followed by two published supplements cited below. Together they form an annotated bibliography of the books, pamphlets, and periodical articles on the history of a region covering ten New York counties: Allegany, Genesee, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Orleans, Seneca, Wayne, Wyoming, and Yates.
