Title: BOERUM
Description: BOERUM. Seeking information on the generational links between John Boerum (1759-1826), Phillip Boerum (1797-1866), and Samuel Boerum (1827-1878). John Boerum was a patriot who signed a loyalty oath to the Revolutionary War cause. Family tradition says that John was the father of Phillip, who was the father of Samuel. All lived in Oyster Bay, Queens County, although Samuel died off Connecticut waters. Samuel was my 3rd great-grandfather. Julieanne Singer, 16 Cathy Lane, Waterbury, CT 06704, julie_sing@yahoo.com.
