Description: TUPPER. Charles Hamilton Tupper, born Binghamton, ca. 1822/23, died after 1880 census in Mississippi. Married say 1843 Clarrisa (born New York ca. 1825/6, died after 1860 census Franklin Co., Kentucky). When and where were they married? Her parents? Three children per 1850 Federal Census, Chenango, Broome Co.: Frederick Tupper, 6; Ann A. Tupper, 4; and James E. Tupper, 2. 1860 Federal Census, Frankfort District Number 1, Franklin County, Kentucky, page 114/275, family 817: Clara (?I.) Tupper, 35, Anna Tupper, 15; James Tupper, 11; and Charles Tupper, 19, all born New York. Both Frederick, age 6 in 1850, and Charles, age 19 in 1860, are most likely Charles Frederick Tupper.
