Charles Henry Culver's father and mother

I am searching for the names of Charles Henry Culver's parents.  Charles Henry was born in Waterloo, Seneca County,  N.Y. between 1820 and 1825.

Charles Henry married Harriet Newberry, and to my knowledge lived in New York state all his life.  Harriet died in 1900 in Rochester, N.Y. and Charles Henry died in 1901 in Phelps, N.Y.  He was living with his daughter, Mrs. Sidney Condit at the time of his death.

Any information on Charles Henry Culver and Harriet Newberry Culver would be greatly appreciated.
