Joseph Concklin and Magtelt Oostrum

There seems to be two Joseph Conklin's who infant baptized children in the Schaghticoke DRC in the 1760's time frame. One Joseph Conklin married Rebecca Robberson who baptized daughter Elizabeth in 1765 the other Joseph Conklin married Machtel Oostrum & their daughter Elizabeth Conklin was born 10/5/1769 & infant baptized 10/21/1769. This 1769 Elizabeth married Stephen Buis, a United Empire Loyalist [UEL] from Half Moon, Albany. The father Joseph Conklin was also a UEL. Information, please on this Machtel Oostrum & who parents might be. Is this Joseph Conklin a son of John Conklin, also a UEL or is there a relationship to Ysak/Isaac Conklin who was a sponsor/witness at 1769 Elizabeth's infant baptism?
