New York Court Records

Hello. I am a new member and was hoping for some guidance. How would I go about finding court records from April 1912 for an event that happened in Dutchess County, NY? If an individual was indicted and released on bail, what records could possibly be available to me, and where would these records be located? Would they be viewable? I would appreciate any help.
