Presented By Susan R. Miller, NYG&B’s Director, Publications
Sponsored by New York Genealogical and Biographical Society

With an Online Collection of tens of thousands of searchable records—many of which have never before been digitized and are unlikely to be available anywhere else—as well as physical collections held at the New York Public Library (NYPL), the NYG&B offers family historians a bonanza of research materials for tracing New York ancestors.

Join Susan R. Miller, NYG&B’s Director, Publications, for a look at the breadth of the NYG&B’s collections, both online at the NYPL. In this session, participants will learn some tips for using indexes to access the online collections. Susan will also explore the types of materials at the NYPL and how to access them.

This is a free in-person event as part of NYG&B Week, but registration is required. See a full list of NYG&B Week programming.
