Online
via Zoom
Presented By Judy Nimer Muhn, Ed.M., FSA-Scot
Sponsored by New York Genealogical and Biographical Society

As a result of colonial settlements and later expansion of population centers, tribal peoples were forced into moving to areas less settled to avoid conflict. Upstate New York and Canada became options as did further movements north and west. Hardships, politics, and geography played a key role.

Join us as we hear from Judy Nimer Muhn, who will discuss this history and share resources to track Indigenous families. This talk will be followed by a Q&A session.

This is a free online webinar, but registration is required.
