How to get copies of Kings County probates from 1932 and 1935

I am interested in obtaining copies of probate files for the estates of my greatgrandmother who died in 1932 and my greatgrandfather who died in 1935. The websites for the Kings County Surrogates court, New York archives, and Brooklyn genealogy give little or no guidance. To whom do I submit my request? What fees are required?
