Who is Emeline MCKINN, TUPPER, BUSH in Lockport, NY

A BUSH family Bible recording the family of my 3X great grandfather Stephen BUSH (1800-1853) records his wife as Emeline TUPPER b. 30 Sep 1808 "from Canada."
The next listing records that they were married in Lockport, NY 26 Jun 1825. They had 5 sons: Stephen Gardner BUSH (1826), Augustine W. BUSH (1830), William Wirt BUSH (1832), John Edward BUSH (1936 - my gg grandfather) and James Franklin BUSH (1838). She lived in Lockport until her death 5 Jul 1882 at age 74. Her City of Lockport death record lists her place of birth as "Clinton Co." - I assume Clinton County. Her father is listed as "James MCKINN." Her mother is listed as "unknown."

I have searched everywhere for the MCKINN and or TUPPER connection and come up with no Emeline born in 1808 anywhere. Does anyone with Lockport ancestors or MCKINN or TUPPER ancestors have ANY information that connects to those surnames and Emeline?
